Nick Saban is getting the hang of this whole broadcasting thing.

The former Alabama coach - now an analyst for ESPN - was finishing up a SportsCenter segment with anchor - and Georgia fan - Elle Duncan. At the end of the segment, Saban asked, “You want me to say ‘Go Dawgs’ or what?” Saban asked.

An excited Duncan asked if Saban could.

Saban replied with a quick “no” and a laugh.

Despite retiring as the Alabama football coach, the 72-year-old continues to steal the show at SEC Media Days in Dallas.

Saban started the week by being turned away by security who didn’t recognize him for not having a credential. Of course, Georgia’s Kirby Smart made a joke about it, and the former colleagues had some fun with it. He even made it clear that Texas won’t be running the SEC, like was the perception when the Longhorns were in the Big 12. Saban also had some fun with Paul Finebaum.
