Mobile City Council inches towards investigation into former police chief Prine’s allegations against city

The Mobile City Council is moving forward with an external investigation into allegations made by former Police Chief Paul Prine against the police department and city administration.

A Committee of the Whole meeting Tuesday afternoon was spent deciding the scope of that investigation, who will conduct it and how soon it can occur.
