Alabama's Jaycob Curlee hits 'America's Got Talent' semifinals Tuesday

Tonight's a big night for Jaycob Curlee and 11 other semifinalists on "America's Got Talent," as they deliver performances that could take them to the show's final round.

The competitors will perform in a two-hour live broadcast starting at 8 p.m. Central time on NBC on Tuesday, Sept. 2. In addition to Curlee, the bracket includes three other singers, Kelli Glover, Jonah Smith and 12-year-old Quintavious Johnson. The night's other competitors are dance team Baila Conmigo, cello-playing brothers Emil & Dariel, magicians Smoothini and Mat Franco, comedian Wendy Liebman, hand balancer Christian Stoinev and, multimedia dance troupe Blue Journey and acrobatic ensemble AcroArmy.

Take a look at them in the accompanying gallery. Six winners will be announced in a one-hour live broadcast airing at 8 p.m. Central time on Wednesday. They'll join six other finalists announced last week: Singers Mara Justine, Emily West and Miguel Dakota; musical group Sons of Serendip; and magicians Mike Super and David & Leeman.

For the dozen finalist acts, only two weeks will remain: The show's Season 9 finale is scheduled to air Sept. 17. The winner gets a $1 million prize package.
